Admission & Enrollment
Eligibility for enrollment requires active student status or recent graduation from a recognized institution. All applicants must complete the technical screening assessment.

Attendance & Participation
Active participation is crucial for program success. Interns are expected to maintain minimum attendance thresholds for all synchronous sessions.

- Mandatory weekly check-ins with technical mentors.
- Absences must be notified 24 hours in advance.
Academic Integrity
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism and academic misconduct. All submitted code and documentation must be original work.
- All projects undergo automated plagiarism checks.
- AI tools may be used for assistance, but code must be understood and attributed.
- Violations result in immediate program suspension.
Project Submission
Deliverables must meet specified technical requirements and be submitted via the designated platform before established deadlines.
- Late submissions incur a 10% penalty per day.
- Code must pass primary linting and unit test requirements.
- Comprehensive documentation is mandatory for final projects.
Certification Policy
Certificates are awarded only upon successful completion of all program requirements, passing evaluations, and clearing all dues.
- Completion of capstone project with a minimum 'Pass' grade.
- Digital certificates are issued via secure blockchain verification.
- Physical copies available upon request (processing fee applies).
Payment Verification
All financial transactions must be completed through official payment gateways. Receipts are generated automatically upon successful processing.
- Installment plans require mandatory auto-debit setup.
- Failed transactions must be resolved within 3 business days.
- Invoice disputes must be raised within 7 days of issuance.
Data Protection
We are committed to safeguarding participant data in compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards.
